I know we're all here to learn how to be successful real estate investors, but exploiting the higher rents commanded by BAH while at the same time discriminating against military members leaves a really bad taste in my mouth.

It's supposedly highly durable and has a bitter taste so kids won't eat it if it comes off, but I don't see how it could make anything lead free if they need to add a bitter taste to it.

Make it tasteful but sturdy.

But once OSU gets a taste of that sweet, sweet housing income, there's nothing that makes me believe they are going to stop where they are.

I didn't realize that they should have been part of the closing documents....next time, I will keep that in mind, as this has left such a bad taste in my mouth.
