Hello Everyone, I wanted to create this discussion to help new wholesalers know the trials other wholesalers had during there first wholesale deals.

I definitely learn best by trial and error and hope to find that opportunity in the coming months.

Once you do a few deals and understand what you are offering your customers, you can then establish a process based on your past deals trial and error.

I make them go through my vetting process (email me your resume, send me a video/audio around the tasks I want done, have them go through a trial day, etc). 

It certainly can be fun, though not without its trials.
