I still feel that in removing this inventory of toxic assets from their hands investors provide a valuable service.

Almost sounds like the way toxic assets were created back in the day (too soon?).

I, as well as the sellers, are very irritated and disappointed.  

It irritates me how these so-called gurus teach instant wealth by "charging a seminar " to their credit card.

The only thing that irritated me a little was tourists coming to Schlitterbahn.

They broke that contract by giving bits of useful information, but not in a take-home form and hours of:-- Tony Robbins knock-off, change your life rah, rah, positive thinking talks--Would-be actor impressions and dancing from the stage--Political, state of the economy reports (this was especially offensive if one did not share those views and if you have read a newspaper or listened to any news in the last year)-- Lengthy personal stories--short is OK--over an hour and more not relevant--AGAIN and again and again selling of the program which took hours of time--this was incredibly irritating.

It irritates the lungs, throat, and eyes.

Not seeing any benefit to it, though.If you find it THAT irritating, maybe you could suggest to those tenants to make a double payment when they get their tax refund, holiday bonus or other additional income.

Can't you just imagine someone so fed up with trying to collect rent, who has been dealing with excuses for months on end, whose pain and irritation level is maxed out?
