Take a look at what today is the majority of wealth builders in our society...technology.

You'd think in this day and age that filling out the forms online and using all this technology at our disposal would actually speed up the process, not the opposite!

Well I made it over there by day 7 load up their website and the service within the duplex was so bad I couldn't even navigate to the next page (problem one with a self-inspection, you can't control the technology someone has).Now a few weeks later we have been threaten with another cancellation and I have about 3 days to get this completed.

My tenants tend to be younger and very open to technology and automating monthly bills. 

Both locks use the smart key technology and are super easy to change.
