You might get a little more money if you allow they to plant crops, just be careful about what you allow.

When home, I heard a rumor they Michigan Truck Plant in Wayne (where I am from) is making the ford fussion and focus lines and they may actually increase hiring.

Many, especially all the large ones, have plants here that employee lots of people.The big three provide 20% of the US supply.
