I believe the tenant has abandoned the property as all of their furniture is gone but there is food in the refrigerator and the power is still on .

I have an apartment coming online for Sept 1st, 2023 - The unit is a 2 bedroom (new carpet & new windows), 1 bathroom, hallway & living room are original hardwood floors to the home, eat in kitchen space with new refrigerator & over, In-Unit washer & dryer, 1 off street parking space (can provide 2 if needed), heat, water, and sewer are included in the rent.

Well you wont be able to lower the one over the refrigerator very much, so if you lower them, you are probably looking at getting another cabinet.

@Kenneth Garrett After speaking with a few HVAC companies, it may be cost prohibitive or too challenging as there isn't a great exterior wall where the interior air handler can be mounted and have the refrigerant lines run.
