I currently have three properties that are 30 years loan with about 5.3 interest rate should I go ahead and start refinancing them into a 15 or 10-year loan or Do I just keep the original loan and just pay more towards principal to avoid refinancing and still keep the same cash flow.

It doesnt cashflow well and refinancing to a lower payment is basically just having your equity make monthly payments to you, you aren't really gaining anything. 3.

The short version is he would handle managing the rehab and contractors etc, I would make an initial loan to the company and acquire both the short term money and long term refinancing money, as I can still get the conventional since I’m under my 10 limit.
