I personally recommend speaking with a CPA that specializes in Canadians investing in the US and how to best prepare your investing strategy along with understanding what taxes would look like for your specific situation. 

Just be prepared to pay off the loan if the note is called.

I don't know anything about them or their services, but here is some food for thought.

If they refuse, prepare to serve them. 

But can seem to get to real investors, that I can meet, shake hands talk about past, future, present & then discuss three properties I've prepared for making offers on,  just need the partner & I to look at the deals for an agreed strategy to maximize profits. 

I think should like second one: no obvious food and removable oily thing on bottom, side or any place.

Does any of the time preparing the house for rental qualify or do they have to list it first and then do the work.

I’m currently doing my homework and preparing to make an offer on my first property, a commercial/residential building and I’m looking forward to utilizing the resources on BP and especially the experiences of all the other investors.
