From my research (e.g. looking at listings on-line and in person, speaking with lenders and my agent and perusing BP) it appears that the minimum cash requirement to get into a good deal is about $20K.I have come to this conclusion for properties ranging from 40-60K.

The more you use these funds over and over, the lower the cost per use becomes.It's the gift that keeps on giving...but your charge card only gets billed one time.

I have an insurer that is pay per use but minimum 5k/year in premiums as well.

So if you’re willing to take the time to learn the basics, house hacking can certainly set you up for financial success and give you a taste of REI so you have a little experience if you choose to peruse it further in the future.

Hi All,I spent a ton of time perusing the state and county websites to try and find info about getting an eviction list.

I know roughly I can peruse airbnb for 1BR/1BA or 2BR/2BA etc but there has to be someone who is tracking more discrete data than this?
