I am passionate about real estate and want to pay if forward.

I wouldn't say that what you have is a real problem...unless its just a personal desire that you want her to be interested in things you are passionate about. 

I also have a deep passion for investing, listening to the bigger pockets podcasts, reading books, and going to seminars.

I am not new to investing in general - I have a passion for stock/stock options trading, but I have always loved real estate and now have caught the bug to make it a reality.I am in the Boston, MA area, and realize the market is very expensive.

I suggest the latter is a better plan, but that is not the common mindset in the US.Say RE is your passion or direction.  

I was lucky in that I was passionate about personal finance and investing from an early age, probably 9th grade.
