@Beau Shaw I see you are in Orient...where are you focused....If your agent is an investor, you should have very solid financials and comp reports run...and much more...so making the decision to move forward should be very clear...either it makes sense or not.

Keep in mind that an eviction is a lawsuit and is styled Landlord A vs Tenant for possession of the property and in most cases a judgement for $XXXSo , no you cannot inherit an eviction as the judge would be awarding possession and a judgement to Landlord A when Landlord B is the owner of the property
