Some guru says its passive, so they listen and buy a bunch on active investments that they don't have the time for. 

I've spent the last few weeks researching and trying to broaden my knowledge on the subject as well as listening to a couple webinars and podcast.

I recently started listening to BP podcast and it has been so valuable and supportive as I learn about the world of real estate investing.

I’ve been listening to the podcast for about four years now .I just decided to step it up and be active on the forms as well as upgraded to pro and I’ve been using the calculators on daily basis and it’s been amazing .I live in North Hollywood, California and I have four rental properties in Kansas City, Missouri.I am to grow my portfolio with cash, flowing assets and open for partnerships.I am a General contractor here in California, having a lot of experience with the building  procedures as well as good couple hundred thousand in cash ready to invest, looking for good opportunities, and tired of standing on the sidelines.Thank you for this awesome community!

With me being a beginning investor, Zach has been very patient in listening to me sort out my inner doubts/conflicts while also helping me better understand the stages of purchasing an investment.

Maybe it's your own listening brain that gets bored - just be ready and also do #2.2) Make sure your dataset is sorted in order it will be called so you're not doing rapid visual searches while she's speaking, especially considering many properties will have dropped off the list.

I’ve listened to just about every single episode of the podcast (900+) and it seems like they’re getting worse over time.A 35 minute episode is now just a 3 min intro, 20 min of content, 10 min of advertisements, and a 2 min outro with more ads. 

Spent money when it was scary, didn't listen to the "good advice" my friends and family gave me when I was trying to get started.
