I have knowledge on wholesaling so far still probably could learn more about it but I also want to learn about other fields in the real estate industry.

Hi @Michael Stanley Nino - when i started RE 7 years ago i started local but similar to you was in the engineering field working FT.

Every city has its own mix of 'good area' and 'bad area' thing going on to some extent, but the bigger picture needs to be solid firstly.Beyond that, I think you're touching on numerous different things here but my mind would be on getting actual numbers/data.

Used to do my own courthouse research, but that's now ancient history.I use direct mail and then field the callbacks I get from the interested parties (motivated note sellers).

So after many hours with the town and digging up old field cards in the basement they found the original 5 family card and eventually agreed to grandfather it in and approve a reversion to a 5 fam or less, whatever I would like and obviously after I close.

Unfortunately much of the added fields were blank in this case.

There is nothing more required.There are numerous options non of which would involve recoating the bathroom.

If the gables are tilted the same direction as the common field trusses then the whole roof shifted.....
