I recently got set up with Buildium.I currently accept payment through Buildium, ACH, Military, section 8 and Paypal.

It's through ACH transfer, not a debit/credit card.The payment website said "payment failed."

Just be prepared to make mistakes and deal with the head aches that come from those mistakes.

This could be direct deposit (ACH) or you provide them with deposit slips and they deliver the payment to the bank.Payments I would avoid?

Tenants are setup with ACH payments, homes are taken much better care of, if any issues arise we fix them quick and we’re just honest with tenants.

I can return security deposits via ACH back to the tenants after they move out.

Storage units take a lot less than several families.Maybe think about teaming up with the Developer who built the other tract inthe pic and you provide the land and he provides the muscle and experience.Still, Location, Location, Location <--(This) it seems off the beaten path.Good Luck!
