I have yet to find a real estate agent who is eager to help kick-start my investing journey, so I am open to having conversations and meeting new agents. 

I have a good number of off-market properties that meet this requirement.

Or I do like the suggestion above of a co-work meeting space, assuming it is a bigger urban area that would be a solid potential income stream.

We had meetings with him about we our business finances are in the red, not making repairs unless its a non habititable issue or saftey concern.

I just joined Bigger Pockets to meet new like-minded investors and build my network.

I've also thought about direct contact, such as door to door or cold calling, but door to door is very time consuming and doesn't have the promise of meeting the actual owner of the property, and I still haven't figured out how to get phone lists of potential leads.
