The plan we have is thru the platform we use to syndicate all the marketing but I believe they have a per listing, per month setup if you are manually adding it to their rent manager platform.Apartments.com has been solid but if you want to advertise, Padmission and other housing assistance programs have been a solid source for us. 

(It’s also on the docket to create a QB account so please excuse me if this is a silly question as I’m not knowledgeable on the platform yet!)

But props to them for legit cold calling investors. 90% of agents wouldn't go this far to get business.

They don't market their particular niche as a get rich quick, an anyone with our training can do it, or an "it's simple and easy" formula; instead they acknowledge potential legal issues, the financial limits of the sub to financing, and the need for state specific legal advice.Maybe I'm way off....but to me these guys seem legit. 

Did you compare occupancy of properties not using platform bookings,all direct reservations ?

Has anyone used or is using Tessa? Looking for acctg recommendations. 

Certainly not a perfect platform but superior to Guesty in my opinion.

The upside is a good PM with name recognition and/or solid reviews across all platforms can "boost" listings when the listing has little to no reviews of its own.
