@Albert Bui I could certainly afford it, but my intuition is that it is simple enough for my current CPA to do it for much less, and in that sense paying 5 K minimum is not justified.

Maybe Trulia offers the same service, but it doesnt seem as intuitive as Zillow does (at least for me).
