As I have dual citizenship, the second being British, it seems intuitive to start investing in europe.

They used to offer 3 year subscriptions, but after intuit sold quicken, the new owner wanted to increase revenue and shortened the support periods between upgrades.

Can AI in real estate replace human intuition and experience, or does it serve better as a supplementary tool?

I am an investor and realtor in the Charlotte, NC area and even though I can pull comps on the MLS, I found using Propstream's comparable function was much easier and intuitive than my MLS. 

I know, that's counter intuitive but it works.

@Albert Bui I could certainly afford it, but my intuition is that it is simple enough for my current CPA to do it for much less, and in that sense paying 5 K minimum is not justified. 

Maybe Trulia offers the same service, but it doesnt seem as intuitive as Zillow does (at least for me).

It's SIMPLE, it's BEAUTIFUL, it's INTUITIVE.
