I am an investor and realtor in the Charlotte, NC area and even though I can pull comps on the MLS, I found using Propstream's comparable function was much easier and intuitive than my MLS.

@Albert Bui I could certainly afford it, but my intuition is that it is simple enough for my current CPA to do it for much less, and in that sense paying 5 K minimum is not justified.
