If the layout is good so that you don't hear or see each other (good privacy) and you get the right tenants: (low key/low maintenance-people you'd hang out with as friends) newly married that work or go to school all day and just sleep there make it a breeze!

After you write about 100 deals or so, you will get the hang of it and be able to jump on a property that looks good.

I am investing in south chicago area, i have been buying houses from auction; but, i am wondering that if i might get better deals from wholasaler.Where do the wholesaler hang out?

It's a laid back environment where we hang out, have a few drinks and talk about real estate investment.

-She always hangs up on me when I call her.  

Some of these "investors" should go get their licenses and hang it with a broker and then submit all the offers on their own.
