It is a shrinking and rapidly deteriorating situation right now in terms of economy, infrastructure, city services, schools, etc.To me, this is alot like when a formerly good stock takes a nose dive over a period of a few years.

Given that there are no large US markets that they do not service, I am inclined to think that there is not much the local MLS can do about, else some hard nosed MLS would have already done it.
