I've seen a lot of your odors posts and the blog you posted yesterday.

The key factor in the scenarios I described is that the damage or alteration I creeated was easily fixed or done to items that already required replacement so no harm, no foul, don't ask, don't tell.

The odors that are being released are obviously the body decomposing.  

Loss of members- endorse one screw-up and then they mess over someone and that someone begins yelling foul and blaming BP and telling others that they are in kahoots!

No harm no foul.

With a loan from your 401k, you pay yourself back interest, so no harm, no foul there. 

External obsolecence or aspects of less desirable elements are also considered such as being near a factory where noise or odors are present, high traffic areas or poor condition of surrounding properties are evaluated as well.

Remember, you make (or lose) your money when you buy, and in our market, it is hard to find a sane deal.I have completed exactly one flip, and really even that one is still not closed (pending under contract, keeping fingers crossed nothing gets fouled up with the buyers financing). 

Usually mold has a particular musty odor associated with it, and It's possible the leaks occurred after the inspection as well.

Making sure they are run at least periodically to keep them running well and fresh (use white vinegar to remove odors).
