Most focus on rate and amount of cash to close but bad loan administration or bad loan administration policies may cause the project to be far more capital intensive if viewed beyond day one of funding.

Then their eyes close and the ramble aimless for awhile before they do it again and have no positive traction anywhere.There is NO easy street it's a MYTH.

I would be on the fence as well.

You'd still be outside of the chicago suburbs but they'd be close enough to where they could work downtown. 

You can also do a double close if the agent or the seller is against wholesaling.Double close is a process where you first close as a buyer and turn around and close as a seller, typically within 24 hours.I am in metro detroit too.
