.- Excessive mice droppings along walls.- I was told they found a mouse in the couch.- They have put traps out and caught some.- Young mother (mentally disabled and daughter of tenant who pays the rent) has an 8 month old.I went over and put multiple bait stations and traps on the advice of my pest control guy.

The advantage to this is that the fan can continue to run even after the tenant is out of the shower and continue to remove moisture from the room.Anyway, that's just a few ideas.

They can then produce reports per customer.Every month, they would settle with customers, either sending them the excess cash flow or receiving money if shortage.Model your setup after this, and you should be fine.
