You can review with the senior escrow officer and then if more complicated you talk to their title examiner who is an employee and u don’t pay anymore than the prelim fee if u don’t close usually 200 bucks.

The portion of the road in front of our house looks just like the rest of the road and the town plows/picks up leaves and is serviced by garbage pickup/ utility companies.Apparently our title insurance policy is not applicable to this title issue as it contains the language "Premises under examination is an interior parcel and does not front or border on any street or road.

Take note.Get Propstream, if someone says they are a cash buyer, qualify them by looking at other recent purchases, ask for an address, or search the register of deeds (then use Propstream to examine linked properties).

If you're more hands-on you can obviously look into some DIY type stuff (easier if you have a property to work/learn on first, of course); if you're more people/sales-oriented you can look into being a licensed agent; if you're more legal/computer oriented you could look into something like being a title examiner or even just an assistant in a property management office (e.g., a showing agent).If you had an existing background in something that would dovetail into something RE-related, that would be a good area to start with or branch out from.

When I met the current occupant it was the previous homeowner who was kind enough to show me around so I could examine the property and explained her original intent was to wait for eviction.
