We're talking to the Engineer now about this but wanted to see if there were any BP members out there experienced in this.

Ask the engineer what he would budget for repairs.

The interviews they have on the podcasts are insanely educational.Got a wife and 20month old and work as mechanical/manufacturing engineer, along with some IT work.

Over the course of my career, I have been on the network engineer/administrator side of things.
