Never give that dream up man!

Truly the choice is yours, if you give up because of the lack of funds you will simply never fulfil your dream!

I believe that good real estate agents are worth their weight in gold.Remember, not all Real Estate Agents are alike just as not all Doctors or Contractors or any other profession are alike.To group us in a 'ALL' category does a disservice not only to us, but to the categorizer as well.

Then I realized that by following through on my dreams of being a real estate investor, I was already retired at 30, I drive my corvette or harley to look at homes all summer, then relax at the pool with my wife when I want.

I guess the mistakes I remember/regret are basically the props I never got into and watched rise in value beyond my dreams.

You need to be able to write letters for pre-foreclosure, bankruptcy, absentee landlords, etc...A well written letter is worth its weight in gold.
