.$100 a bottle...Don Julio Silver is a nice margarita tequila, as is Reublic TEquila, whose claim to fame is an organic tequila developed by Tom Nall, whom I was first introduced to in Terlingua when I met Tom, and what a character he is....Although Jose Quervo is 2% carmel coloring and rot gut...the Reserva de Familia silver is a very fine product for about $54 a bottle...very nice...I think Skyy imports that one...Casa Noble is also one to add to the list, but it can be tough to find...

H was standing there and said nothing.SO at this point we tell the owner we are here to paint and they hesitate for a moment but H steps in and assures the owner we have discussed no crazy colors and do not touch the wood work.

I've seen situations where they skim the cream properties for themselves and then try to wholesale the properties that are inferior and that they don't want to fix themselves, either because there is a potential low return or the property needs tons of costly repairs, or are in a bad neighborhood.
