Has anyone had success buying, and subsequently converting, a predominantly POH community to a lot rent only community through contracts or RTO? 

And they convert... which is really why you want them... not to GENERATE leads.

You have to direct them to your website, and it is on your website that you convert them into a deal.People KEEP DOING THIS WRONG and it is ridiculous that people simply refuse to think.You are not going to convert people to sell their house to you  on a 4 x 6 inch shade yellow card.

Also, I found one list but it doesn’t look like it can convert to excel.

I sell 1 of my properties on the market to a stranger then I 1031 exchange purchase my father's primary which he is moving out of and then I will convert that to a rental property.   

I'm pretty excited as I am currently under contract with my first deal being a converted 2 story home duplex. 

That converts to some really nice jobs, but not a ton of them.

Hi,Is it possible to buy a ~1200 to ~1300 small Single Family house in NYC and convert to Legal 2 Family?
