Salt Lake City, in large part due to the Morman church, has a high probability of continued and sustained growth.

I'm at 33 doors and 150 storage units, financially independent, independently wealthy, it's helped me give more to my church and community, and my business is better.

My husband is very excited about the potential of the old convent building for the community (help elderly parishioners find housing  (the convent is literally next to the church) and for his retirement/exit strategy.  

Second structure is a commercial building that was most recently used as a church.

I found a boarded up 2 family with attached grocery store, turn church, turned vacant building in Hamilton Ohio.  

I've noticed the Catholic Church selling off lots of land.

The walkability of Old Town, combined with its proximity to grocery stores, our church, and the Woodrow Wilson Bridge make it a very attractive place to live.

An old warehouse, school or even a church...if the zoning is right these can be multiple apartments all paying you rent every month. 

My neighborhood is the East Church Neighborhood in Frederick MD. 

In looking at the deed, it appears that it was deeded to the church which is across the street twenty years ago as a vacant land.
