This will allow you to engage with people in your market as well as people interested in your area(s) of expertise.I also like putting in searches on the Bigger Pockets search bar for "Queens, New York" to see who are some of the local players I haven't yet connected with.A few other things; post regularly on these forums, comment on blog posts, try to make a few new connections each week.

Something Goolge takes seriously.Needs to be fast.And it needs to be authoritative.If you look at it that way, then no it doesnt matter who it is as long as it is used correctly.Looking at it from an other perspective, choosing investor Carrot for example, you can rest assured, they are fast, reputable, and mobile optimized.Getting a wix site.. or a wordpress site.... you just are not a very serious player.

Similar to when a football coach tells his players to "remember this feeling" after a big loss so they can assure it won't happen again, remember the feeling of having to pay rent and be sure that in your (hopefully near) future you can transition to the other side of things as a landlord and escape the tenant life.I think for now you need a serious look at your situation.

With G-d's help, in four short months the bankers and managers at my bank know me by first name, I have assembled two separate rehab teams that will follow me to the end, the Housing Authority officials think Im God (funny story, for a different time), I've had lunch with the founder of the largest tax lien buying company in Chicago, I have four big players as mentors and friends and I have true satisfaction in every waking hour of my day.
