If you don't have the education, or capacity to manage your investment properties, you shouldn't be buying them.There are many other true "passive" investments that are probably best for you if you can't set aside time to keep up with your investments.Just because a property has been pitched as tunkey, doesn't mean that you won't have to do anything.

You may wish to argue that it is discrimination against the government, and we could agree in that point, but for now governmnet is not a "protected class" it is supposed to be a priveledge to serve in such a capacity.

The unit will be working hard trying to get the humidity out of the home.The new High Efficiency air conditioning units may be partly to blame.The Manufacturers use a smaller compressor with a larger outside coil and inside coil to get more efficiency out of the units.This cuts the dehumidifying capacity of the equipment way down.Humidity in our homes is a major concern in our climate.

Hopefully I am wrong.I know she said they were on water rationing restrictions and have been for some time.She also stated cities in Texas were growing like gangbusters.I believe 5 of the top 10 cities slated for growth are in Texas.If there are water restrictions sometimes a temporary moratorium bill will be passed restricting new development.Also if the sewer system is running at or close to full capacity that can become an issue as well.We are not having these issue now but did have them about 2 years ago when we had a drought here in my area.
