@Willie Morales Call a few local credit unions.. they will be more flexible than the big banks on a sub $50k loan.

It will boost your education and contacts.

Just a little bit of leverage would give me a major boost without adding much risk, especially with today's interest rates.

Needless to say, someone was there in about an hour and installed it.The moral of the story is that if the seller doesn't have a monetary incentive, don't expect anything to be done after closing.

(Obviously, I'm moral, I mean is there a definition for bare minimum which might be overly sensitive) So, the tenants were okay with no shower for 3 days?
