@Will Barnard this year saw me doing my continuing ED for my CA re brokers license my state of Oregon mortgage bankers license..So I pass the CA brokers which I have been doing for 40 years.. then I have to do on the RE Bureau website and pay my fee and such... what stood out for me was a big bold tab at the bottom of the page.. ( If you suspect anyone of selling RE without a license make complaints here )....

Hi Lesley, I understood what you said, but that portion in bold is a result of a combination of either incompetence on the part of lenders, and/or investors buying real estate that does not cashflow, and not fannie/freddie rules.

. :)I have 14 different partnerships with folks all over the world.. and in our operating agreement when it comes to who has the right to sign I had my attorney bold it larger phont etc that I had sole signing authority.. cant be doing the volume we do and have to chase people down all over the world.. plus they have to go to the embassy..
