Depends on the contract language, but under typical language the seller is obligated to the sale if all contract terms have been met, and the jilted buyer can usually get a legal block prohibiting the sale to another party.

The portfolio of homes would do a lot better if the rates weren't trash, and since they are a bigger pockets member they became aware that you can wrap up a bunch of single family homes into a single commercial mortgage (sometimes called a "Blanket Mortgage"), generally if they are geographically concentrated.

Im guessing its going to be upwards of about 1500 to 2000 to cut them both down but if I dont do it now, they are just going to get bigger and more expensive to cut down.
