Brain Storming Ideas: Wedding Facility, Skating Rink, Boys & Girls Club, Restaurant.

I am flying to AZ in December for a wedding and would love to meet up with investors or RE agents and learn about the area. 

My full time job is photographing weddings (www.mark-davidson.com).I'm looking to expand my network in the surrounding Boston area and at same build portfolio of images for my new website (BostonRealEstatePhotographer.com)I'd like to offer up photography service for free / trade.

Apartment includes access to a beautifully landscaped yard where some previous families used as the backdrop to there wedding pictures. 

Paper work getting done, continginsie (sp), with inspection, pest, and radon tests getting done Wed..I really like this place ( flip wise )..

The closing is scheduled for the day before my wedding, although I'm trying to move it up 2 weeks.I thank you in advance for your responses.

I talked to a couple of RE agents, and one gave me the name of their yard service, and she will go look at it Wed AM.

Jon,thanks for the info, my fiance already has a house and ill be moving out of my parents house and into his after our wedding, thats why i want my income and extra cash to be used for investments while im still young and dont have kids or bills...i have been looking for deals in the same area for about a year now, i still have lots to learn, like i said im in finance, i studied real estate finance in college but theres only so much you can learn by thinking and reading about it, now i feel like its the right time to actually make some moves and i appreciate all the advice!
