I seem to be running into a bit of a wall here.

I love doing flips out here but I often bang my head against the wall going through the motions of finding good properties. 

I made learning about all that a priority and often come up with my best and most creative solutions after doing a mundane task like painting a wall. 

I'm not sure what everyone's take is on little country 'hole in the wall' places as there is a Dennys and Perkins nearby, but there's a breakfast spot "Robinson's" in Apopka on 441 just East of 451 a bit. 

Did the previous tenant damage the walls and ceilings, or where those pictures from during the tear down?

I made this connection when I say flyers in Midtown Sacramento posted all over walls, lamp posts, and coffee shop windows saying “Keep Midtown Affordable” <-- LOLZMidtown is undoubtedly the hottest, coolest, hippest area in all of Sacramento.

The property will serve as a split use as it has 2 entirely separate units with one common wall (1 house number and 1 parcel).

Be careful, the writing is on the wall. 

First of all when we opened up a lot of walls we noticed there was a lot of water damage and we had to replace a lot of rotten wood along with all new insulation on exterior walls and a lot more sheet rock then we anticipated.
