The reasons that property is purchased, ranges from commuter appeal, recreation, retirement, investment, sports (fishing, hunting, skiing, golf, etc.)  

In fact we wrestled kids from Erie, but that was the only sport we had in common. 

Cleveland is the epicenter for BioMedical Research and Development amongst many many many more things, with sophisticated arts that are world recognized to having all major sports teams except Hockey & Soccer, being positioned on one of the worlds largest fresh bodies of water.

I looked at 28 properties before I got my first one. its a TEAM sport! 

I coach multiple sports that give extra pay and run the strength program for teams at our high school that give extra pay.

I currently manage 7 rental units and have been thinking about installing some home automation devices to better help manage the properties and receive alerts.
