For myself I have had 3 knee surgeries while in, documented partial tear in the rotator cuff, torn ligament in my leg, documented arthritis in both knees, both elbows and other minor problems that all add up.

The tenant that just left replaced the living room windows with this weird plastic looking glass (not sure if it's glass) with weird designs all through it.

LOL rolodex sits prominently on your desk.. it has these little plastic sleeves you slide the business card in there it protects them from the elements.. then their is tabs so you can put them in alphabetical order then you simply thumb through them.. you can also get the ones that are spring loaded.. now those you have to write the info in.. slide the little button on the side to the letter U want to open up and it pops up and there is your contacts.

It's worth it to me - even if it ends up that I'm the one paying for it.If it's a slow drain, I'll usually go over since it's something I can handle with one of those plastic Zip Strips or cleaning out the trap under the sink.

And they are bulky and hard to move (especially with stairs).Some of my best tips are to make peace with it and get to know your appliance delivery person on a first name basis (they may prevent back surgery for you!).

She has the tenants remove all the plastic and take out a change of clothes and shoes, which she treats in a small box that she leaves outside the house before they leave for the day.
