When I was a kid I was a vociferous sports fiend, and concurrent sports card collector.

Right now, AI can barely write very structured copy like stock market reports and sports scores where it's mostly MadLib style plugging in of data.  

It's tucked in the back after the sports section each Sunday.  

But it is a competitive sport out here.

Use base agencies such as ITT (information tickets and travel) or whatever equivalent name it's called in your branch of service to find cheap tickets to local attractions, concerts, and sporting events.Once I was finally able to move off base, I quickly bought a 3/2 single family home and proceeded to house hack. 

I might just have to replace my morning sports talk with REI talk, thanks for the tip! 

And it too was a cash cow, it brought in over 30k monthly, i remember fondly driving my sports car around town with 30k of one dollar bills in the trunk to the bank.

There is water sports and camping, hunting, fishing as well.
