I purchased my first property in December and I would love to share the process with everybody here, maybe others will get inspired to buy their first or next property even in this crazy market.My property is a 4 unit in Rhode Island that I purchased with an FHA loan.

For someone who is 27, with just one house hack, and looking to getting started in wholesaling this year…this was inspiring!

Maybe you listened to a podcast with the title "Here is how a 2 year old got 3000 deals only making 10 cold calls", and that inspired you to drop all logic intelligence and common sense and you blindly adapted this as "truth".
