The current market is like playing football in the snow.

I'm a football junkie so I understand the frustration of not being able to get The Game.I've only had one pair of guests who had a hard time figuring out the Roku TV, and they were very good-natured about being behind the times.I have DVD players in 2 out of 3 houses.  

And in response all Canadian produces quadruple output over-night (ok, I hope all can tell this is wayyy into fantasy land).

Amazon selecting Las Vegas for this type of infrastructure will bring others to Las Vegas as well.The hospitality industry is still expanding:Virgin Hotels just opened a new hotel/casino.The First Atari Hotel Looks Like a Gamer's Fantasy — and It’s Opening in Las Vegas The Boring Company plans to expand the existing underground transit system in Las Vegas.Resorts World, a $7B hotel/casino is opening summer 2021.

I am also getting ready to get my real estate license(between football and baseball season--so i don't have any excuses, ha). 

Anytime you are trying to throw a football 80 yards down field how many times will the receiver successfully catch it in bounds??

This idea that the stock market crash is going to somehow lead to a flood of capital into real estate is fantasy.

People have these fantasies that they're going to build cheap rental empires in the Rust Belt while cruising around the world, maybe getting on their phones once a day with their GCs at their multiple rehab sites.So a lot of this came out right after David Greene came out with his book on the process, and I felt certain Greene was somehow whipping credible idiots up with his methodology.
