In fact I ran into one of our CFD clients at HD yesterday that has (with his sons) 9 of these properties that we still hold for him.

When I was a PI I probably would have provided you a nice 5 minute HD video of the tenant walking out of the house with pooch for its morning business for $200.

If you buy it at HD, they will let you use their machine for free.

I went to Home Depot, where the paint guy suggested I get the Rust-Oleum countertop paint (which my HD doesn't carry).What are your thoughts?

I am sure you have cabinets that i can not get as well.i buy mine from HD. look at the kitchens on my site to see how they look.

We are also in a buyers grou where we get discount on Helix mattresses, and then we get our linens from hotel suppliers such as HD Supply and others.

Now I scan in every receipt (HD emails them as do Lowes) & file it under a property folder with expense details. 

Vinyl tile not ceramic.linoleum HD counters not marble.
