But I think my external family has enough of a taste of the success of what we're doing that I don't worry about any debbie downers having much of an effect at this point in time.But yeah it seems like right now, Rachel has been more naturally geared towards the book keeping, paying bills, and then pitching in a helping hand etc.

I'd never give up control of my project like that because buyers can be flaky and whimsical and back out of a deal then leave you with a house specific to their tastes that others may find not so appealing.

There is still very strong demand for SFV but many buyers with no kids have different needs and tastes and that opens other LA areas that in the past not many new buyers would have accepted.
