Plan the space for standard size free standing appliances that can be easy changed out when necessary.In your drawing you mention "electrical box".... is that the location of the electrical panel (which would be costly to relocate) or is it an electrical outlet?

Also, there may be some common area electrical / heating that you have to account for.Occupancy - Perpetually full is great and using 5% for vacancy gives you a bit of buffer / wiggle room for the unexpected.

So light plumbing, painting, cabinets, tile, counters, light switches, outlets, fixtures etc...We are very driven and willing to do what it takes and more.
