The major issue that you must uncover are easements. 

I did manage to uncover less than reassuring past business affiliations of many Renatus principals through a succession of related MLM organisations starting with Global Prosperity Group (GPG) flowing through such entities Tru Dynamics, Liberty League International and Nouveau Riche.  

You don't have to stay in the classic role.I've tried all five models and uncovered opportunities I wouldn't have found if I stayed in the classic landlording groove.

Did you uncover the brick?  

The buyer had their home inspection and only minor issues were uncovered which I had my GC handle quickly because the buyer was using a FHA loan and I know how anal they can be.

That could be a huge liability if someone hurts themselves on the uncovered drains now that you're aware of the problem.

Even a lawyer and court is a lot cheaper than that.We're suspicious too, which is why we want to make sure that we uncover as many issues as we can... however, considering that they are both so old and have been fighting over the home they share for the last 5 years, it doesn't *totally* seem out of the realm of possibility that she just wants it over with.He's tried to sue her for all sorts of things, and she has counterclaims against him in her defenses... it really just looks like an ugly situation that won't have an end until one or both of them are out of the building.
