I know this is a older post , I just purchased a property in the Augusta area near the apple valley neighborhood not far from those plants & I was thinking about going the section 8 route with it, I just need a little more info what I need to prepare for, what direction did you end up going?

I disagree in what you say that you don’t learn investing OOS I have learned a lot the most important skill I have learned is I can successfully plant my roots in any market.

And almost $300 at lowes on blinds, light fixtures, bulbs, cleaning supplies, mulch & some plants/flowers for landscaping and a few other odds and ends. 

This used to be a trailer court till it died of old age and didnt meet new water regs and septic issues.It is ADJOINING the city's water treatment plant.

Last person-from a pool to pond company who came a few weeks ago said it could be filled in so a buyer could remove the gravel if he wanted a pool, that he would leave it operational, after a few drain holes were drilled.I did consider a pond, but don't want fish, and no longer want the work of plants.
