It's nice to hear from an investor who is doing the same thing in the same market. 

Look at all the population growth, job growth, and companies moving/developing here - it's absolutely blowing up and Columbus is one of the hottest markets in the entire US. 

This is my third SFR in this market.

Partnering with someone already in that market would be wise.

A frank, hopefully insightful, dive into real estate and financial markets.

Remember syndicators are marketers first and operators (sometimes) a distant second. 

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

As leases expire and economic conditions shift, the city’s grocery market will likely continue to evolve.
