Reading not even between the lines, but just the lines, it sounds like you were the problem in this equation.Yup can be tough to break into a top OREO or investment brokers go to clientele list.. they will have the professional to semi professional buyers that take very very little of their time.. 

My wife and I are 58 years old, foster parents, semi retired with 5 grown kids , and also adopted our 4 year old son. 

I put a house on the market, I did not put a sign, I did one open house and got 14 offers in 3 days.As an agent I did minimal, just priced it well, but  as an investor I picked the location, I did the renovation.I am looking at your house and the area, I am kinda surprised.Your reno is fine, but you priced it at 174K on chase street with 2 bedroom 1 bath with  semi finished basement. 

Hi @Danny Clair I have run into this several times with inherited tenants (not just with VA-related tenants, but with many semi-weekly (or bi-weekly, ur, um . . .) payment workers.  

I am semi-confident in my numbers but looking for all and any feedbacks this is my first property and don’t want to miss something critical.

Looking for guidance on residing a semi-attached single-family home in Massachusetts that currently shares the siding with the attached neighbor.

It's so bad that we often had to shut our windows so we could semi breath and it was still strong.

It should say something to the effect of any person who stays at the residence on a regular or semi regular basis must be screened by the landlord and sign a lease.

Instead, we have a semi-strong market where bidding wars are breaking out for houses.
