For such a sensitive topic you certainly would want to help her, but I don't think you should make that call before understanding options and verifying validity of a claim from someone you have only know for a few months, and via a text message.Hope it works out for both you and her, this certainly is a challenging situation.

The site inspector will just check to make sure you have a few basic things (i.e. a locked door for the premises where credit reports are accessed and stored, a locking filing cabinet to safeguard the reports, and a shredder to destroy reports no longer needed).I'd recommend anyone who plans on doing landlording long-term to do this.

There is not so much time-sensitive or high volume trasaction activity with that type of investing, and you may not require the additional flexibility the LLC provides as compared to simply using a good custodian to handle the transaction.

Anytime I find out a buyers motivation to sell isn't time sensitive I automatically go to this "ploy".I just locked up a house with this exact technique a few days ago with 0% down and 0% interest that should bring me roughly 45k over the next 3 years.
