The last meal you ate, I bet that restaurant made a profit on delivering you a service which is to prepare and present you quality food.  

You see bars and restaurants in the same spots a lot of times and then you have noise and odor problems.

For instance,  I picked up a client recently and listed his Mexican restaurant and once we have that sold we are talking about listing his three SFR rentals (divorce situation).  

And he would yell 'Shut up!

I want to narrow down a couple of areas that are up and coming with new coffee shops, restaurants, and bars.

We also have a restaurant in the area so definitely feel its a great place for investment.

HEB, Cinemark movie theatre, restaurants, retail, close to downtown, I-37 & I-10 access, St.

@Lou LaMedica my mom is a wegman addict :) they actually live close to the town center where wegmans is located ( I want to say its woodbridge town center but could be wrong, they have a bunch of restaurants/bars there). 

LOL.. she wanted us to re stucco the whole side of her house.. we did not do that pushed back then she wanted 150 bucks or something and we gave her that to shut up.other one I did was on the opposite side of the country literally Oregon coast.. this was a subdivision that my bank took back so there was one house built there on two lots over looking the pacific. 

Near parks, restaurants, lakes, public beach, farmers market, luxury movie theatre, and shopping.
