That said: For your situation, don't use the "Bill Reminder" that is setup by the Rent Center.

We share a connected calendar that we can add or modify and both see the event/reminders.

Remind them if they can't afford the rent, then they should give notice and look for a less expensive place.

Sometimes I ask myself, “Am I doing to much” and try to remind myself that this is a place for a tenant (they will not care for it like you will) and not myself... the internal struggles are real, but wealth in real-estate can be created with cinderblocks or stones, laminate or granite... i prefer stones and granite, but as long as we get there why complain...

(This reminds me of "Empire City" except Uncle Max would front the cash for the deal take-down and the fix-up as long as contractors were used to do the work and financial projections were done.

I have to remind myself it's a perfectly good car that gets me to and from work.
